North Myrtle Beach RV Resort Review
North Myrtle Beach RV resort is clean and well maintained luxury RV resort. It has large RV sites perfect for larger Class A and fifth wheel campers.
North Myrtle Beach RV Resort Campground
There are many campgounds near myrtle beach. Some are near the action on the strand. If you are looking for something a bit quieter and further from the crowds, consider North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Dry Dock Marina. It an upscale RV resort located about 20 miles North of Myrtle Beach. NMB RV Resort is on the intercoastal so you get water views but you aren’t directly on the ocean.
Sites at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort are large, paved and very level. Over 100 sites are full hookup back in sites with 50/30 amp power. Most are back like large paved sites with full hookups. There are also seven back in sites with water and electric only.
There are sixteen long pull through sites with full hookups and 50/30 amp power. Our site had plenty of room for our camper, truck and a second car.
The campground area is very clean and well maintained. There is some nice landscaping such as palm trees. However, there isn’t much shade. If you are looking for a woodsy campground feel, you might consider heading a bit further South to Huntington Beach State Park. Just South of Myrtle Beach, this state park is quiet, has an outdoor feel and provides easy access to an oceanfront beach.
Access to the campground is through a security gate. When you check in, they’ll give you an RFID card to make opening the gate easy. Just remember to return the card when you head out.
NMB RV Resort provides Wi-Fi. It was OK as far as campground Wi-Fi goes. But, it was not a strong and stable signal. As I attempted to edit a blog post, my signal dropped frequently. A signal booster might make things better or you could try to ensure getting a site near one of the Wi-Fi antennas.

The NMB RV Resort is situated along the intracoastal waterway. In addition to the campground, there is a marina with 36 boat slips and a dry dock storage facility.
You can walk along the intercoastal. There are sitting areas near the water and a few games like cornhole and horseshoes.
The bath house at North Myrtle Beach RV Resort was nice. It was kept very clean. Beach and 50’s music is played inside the bath house.
North Myrtle Beach RV Resort and Marina has a well stocked store with both RV and boat supplies. The staff is friendly.
